Capoeira training for fit, strong and able body; while also understanding aplication of movements inside the Capoeira game/art. This session covers lower limbs, core and upper limbs with variation of movements from different Capoeira styles; street Capoeira, Capoeira Angola & Regional and other less known styles/expressions. You can use the instructions to prepare your body physicaly, but if you wish to learn and get better in Capoeira you need to enroll in a class and interact with Capoeira comunity.
