How To Make Vegetable Coleslaw with Vinegar & Olive Oil as Dressing
Ingredients: Cabbage, Assorted Bell Peppers, Carrots & Celery. Procedures: Wash all vegetables thoroughly and drain. Cut the vegetables(Cabbage, Bell peppers and Celery) into small pieces uniformly. For Carrots, use the grater. Then mixed all the vegetables in a big container and add very little salt, black pepper, 15 to 30 ml vinegar (white or cane) and 25 to 30 ml Olive oil(Virgin or Extra Virgin). Mix the vegetables very well.
