2005 Subaru Outback Rear Hub Bearing Assembly

This is an after-video of removing the left rear bearing/hub assembly on a 2005 Subaru Outback 2.5i model. I made one mistake in the video in stating the hub assembly had 5 axle nuts, that was a clear mistake and I meant to say "5 lug nuts." Feel free to ask questions or post comments. I did not video the post-set up after reassembling the hub assembly like I said I would. The unit costs about $65-80 from Advance Auto, and is an all-in-one unit. I believe that they started this on the 2005 models, but it could have been on 2004 as well. All in all, it took me about 2.5 hrs of trying to pull it off, driving to the store, and reassembling it. Of note: There is a correct orientation of the hub assembly, there is a top and a bottom. Be sure to note which is which, as when you are putting in the 4 bolts from behind, it will be obvious when they do not line up correctly. Best of luck!!
