CIRCUIT THURSDAY/HIGH INTENSITY, LOW IMPACT/FULL LENGTH/20 min FULL BODY WORKOUT/DDX
Circuit is a kind of training system where you perform variety of exercises consecutively. The effectivity of this training method depends on your pacing and effort which makes it a great workout for general population. I'm using bottled water as resistance, you can use other households too! Or use a set of dumbbells if available in your home. The Program 8 Exercises 25 seconds work 10 seconds rest 30 seconds rest between sets This is a full length workout, just follow and enjoy!
