Within the framework of the Agreement on the Development of the High-Tech Area “Technologies of New Materials and Substances”, a Roadmap was created, covering the full life cycle of new materials development: from extraction and processing of raw materials to production and disposal. - What results have been achieved as part of implementation of the Agreement and what are the plans for 2024-2026? - How can the needs of Russian industry in modern materials and technologies be met? - What measures of government support and demand stimulation already exist, and what measures are still needed for the development of high-tech areas? - How can a comfortable regulatory environment to conduct an R&D and implement its results be created?
