UPDATES ON UK VISA CENTERS (UKVCAS) REOPENING IN THE UK
UKVCAS, in concurrence with UKVI, is happy to verify that after the successful phased navigating of services across a decreased number of locations that they will soon be declaring the next phase of UKVCAS service continuation across an increased number of locations. UKVCAS has taken a firm and phased procedure to make sure they can securely and efficiently provide facilities. #UKVI #UKVISACENTER #UKVCAS Today, we are going to give you Updates on Next Phases of UKVCAS Status UKVCAS are devoted to offering a protected and safe environment for all facility users and staff and value the applicant’s current patience as they work with UKVI to completely restart their service securely. UKVCAS look forward to declaring the dates of their next phase within the next few days. The UKVCAS is happy to announce that from 22 June 2020 they will be beginning service points in Belfast, Cardiff Bay, Edinburgh and Glasgow. The United Kingdom government’s answer to COVID-19 pandemic intended that numerous customers who had an existing appointment, prior to the interruption of the service, had their appointments postponed. All applicants whose application postcode is in Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales and who in the past had an appointment before the UKVCAS service was interrupted, will be the first to be presented the opportunity to book an appointment and they must have obtained an email confirmation of this by 13 June 2020. UKVCAS is also providing extra appointments meaning that applicants who presently have approach to the booking system will now be able to book an appointment up to the 26 July. These applicants will have access to the booking system until 20 June. If you have approach to the booking system please note that no appointment fees will be mentioned when you rebook your new appointment at any available site. Your deferred appointment will no longer appear on your account, to let you to rebook for a new date and time at one of the open UKVCAS Service Points. UKVCAS main concern stays the well-being of applicants and staff and to make sure they provide an efficient service that meets public health guidelines. This denotes that in the beginning UKVCAS can still only offer their service at a lesser number of sites, and at a lesser capacity than normal and regrettably, if you did not possess an existing appointment before the interruption of the service, you will not be able to book an appointment at present. Please be ensured that UKVCAS and UKVI are preparing the next phase of announcements to help applicants who in the past did not have a booked appointment. From 22 June 2020, UKVCAS will revert to providing a mix of free and chargeable appointments.
