Fresh Salsa
Get the family into the kitchen and cook up this healthy snack! Ingredients • 6 Roma tomatoes • 1 small red onion • 1 green pepper • 1 red pepper • juice of 1 lime • 2 cloves of minced garlic • cilantro to taste • salt and pepper to taste (not provided) • 1 tsp garlic salt (not provided) Instructions 1. Dice all of the tomatoes, red onion, garlic, green and red peppers. 2. Chop desired amount of cilantro. 3. Stir all the ingredients but the lime in a bowl. 4. Slice the lime in half and squeeze it above the bowl. 5. Stir one last time. 6. Eat up!
