Diana's golden eagle armor is based on the armor Wonder Woman wore in Alex Ross graphic novel "Kingdom Come," released back in 1996. According to the movie, the armor was worn by a famous Amazon warrior named Asteria, portrayed by the former Wonder Woman actress Lynda Carter, and was created by combining the armor pieces of every Amazon living at that time. The outfit became a legend after she wore it in a fierce war against man's forces, where she took the brunt of their attacks so that her companions could obtain refuge on Themyscira. Unfortunately, according to Ross, the studio didn't compensate him for using his design in other media besides comics. This is the newest kind of "flock call" and definitely is better than screaming across the house to each other. Arthur is the one saying "bye bye" with me, Boo is with my boyfriend. At the end Boo waves bye bye, Arthur says bye bye, and you can see Baby (the big sulfur crested cockatoo) lift her wings on my shoulder. If I had realized that Boo was going to call in, I would have set things up better, but was glad that I grabbed my cell phone :) Lots of cockatoo drama!
